Break the Chain Music Fundraiser - An Online Concert Raises Awareness for Mental Health
In December 2020, during the Covid-19 lockdown in New Zealand, Break the Chain held it's first online music concert showcasing a wide range of talent who play some of their songs and discuss mental health.
James delivers practical and engaging mental health and wellbeing workshops around New Zealand on a variety of subjects including, addiction, anxiety, managing emotions, and insecurity.
He draws upon evidence based cognitive behavioural therapy and practical spiritual wisdom to address the root cause and provide interventions.
