Following my studies as I journalist, I took to the real world for a bit to partake in duties primarily in marketing and events. Having lived in the UK for 28 years, I eventually removed the fear to quench my thirst to travel the world. It was time for me to see what lied beyond the familiar horizon. The journey started across South East Asia, Oceania, and New Zealand – and now I’m based in Fremantle, Western Australia. My journey eventually took me on a journey of self-discovery. This took place during my 10-month stint living in a yoga ashram on the beautiful Abel Tasman mountain range in the North of the South Island, NZ. Here, I worked alongside the Satyananda Yoga principles of service, love, give in a supportive and eco-conscious community environment. The practices I learned there enabled me to connect to my natural essence and inspired me to live a life of purpose and love.
I am currently diving deeper into my healing journey alongside holding 1:1 yoga therapy / conscious empowerment sessions as well as retreats to guide others on their journey through the different koshas (emotional, physical, wisdom, energy and bliss bodies) to get them functioning optimally in their prime.
